Wild Honey provides fine line tattooing, permanent jewelry, and permanent makeup services in Door County, WI. By booking with us, purchasing from us, or interacting with our pages, you agree to these Terms and any specific terms shown at the time of booking or purchase; if you do not agree, you must not use our services. Bookings are confirmed only when we send written confirmation and receive any required payment or deposit. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled according to the policy stated when you booked. We may update or withdraw services, content, or these Terms at any time, and your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms; these Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin.

All content and materials we create or share (including text, images, artwork, graphics, audio, video, branding, and designs) are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, edited, or used commercially without our prior written permission, except where your individual agreement or invoice clearly grants you limited rights to use specific deliverables. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you grant us permission to use non‑confidential work we create for you (for example, session images or designs) in our portfolio, social media, and marketing, subject to any legal consent requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any service or product is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific item, and we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss; nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
